Welcome to Lorenzo Menswear's delivery information section. Here, we aim to provide you with clear insights into our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. Our goal is to ensure transparency and build trust with our valued customers. We believe in delivering a seamless experience from the moment you place your order to the arrival of your exquisite products at your doorstep. We strive to get your premium formal wear to your door as quickly and securely as possible.
We make great efforts to ensure that your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Once the order is authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Make sure to confirm your shipping address before and after your order is placed, additional fees may be charged for late address changes.
At present we ship to the contiguous states only (shipping schedule to international destinations coming soon).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).

Orders over $175.00 Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY | FREE Standard Shipping within continental USA (calculated on subtotal before sales tax and after promotional discounts).

Orders under $175.00: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on current standard rates from USPS, UPS, or FedEx (usually below $10.00).

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and delivered to carrier for shipping, within two (2) business days, Monday through Friday (holidays & weekends excluded).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends or on federal holidays may be processed on the following business day. If your order requires customization, we may need more business days to process your order.

Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping methods are available at checkout for an additional fee as per shipping carrier rates (USPS/UPS/FedEx etc.).

International Shipping: We may accept international orders subject to additional due diligence. Please allow extra time for funds assurance and customs clearance. International shipping rates and delivery windows vary by destination.

Tracking: Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Your package will arrive as per selected delivery type. Estimated delivery time shall not include order processing time after it is placed.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Limitation of Liability: Lorenzo Menswear is not responsible for packages proven to be delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer (e.g., package theft).
Policy Changes: Lorenzo Menswear reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
Transactions under Review: In order to avoid credit card/other fraud, a few transactions may require extra review (within 1 business day). We may need to confirm your personal information, especially for large orders, so please ensure your phone and email address are reachable. You will be notified via email of any updates, or you can just check the user center for the real-time order status. Your products will not be shipped until payment is completed. Please note that with strict time schedule, it may be difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support any request from you.

Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Orders are USUALLY READY for pick up in about 2 hours. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. Not completely satisfied with your purchased items? Not a problem, we are committed to our customers satisfaction. So, if you have a change of heart about your purchase or encounter any dissatisfaction with a product, we've got you covered. Our straightforward refund or exchange policy is aimed at building trust and confidence in your shopping experience.
We understand that sometimes things may not align perfectly with your expectations. This is why we offer a hassle-free process for returns and exchanges. Your contentment is our priority, and we are here to ensure that you can shop with absolute assurance. THEREFORE, as part of our commitment and in the interest of maintaining our bespoke standards, most items in unaltered original new condition may be EXCHANGED, returned, refunded or given store credit under following conditions:
Return Terms & Conditions:
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Online orders can be returned by mail or in stores (for items shipped within USA). We look forward to your next sartorial journey with us.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, custom-tailored garments, and certain hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments or socks) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online orders can only be exchanged in store.

Orders placed in store are not eligible to be returned by mail.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be in their original state: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging/instructions/materials intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or tampering.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. We recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Window: Items must be returned within [14] days of the purchase date. Returns after [14] days may be eligible, solely at management’s discretion, to receive an in-store credit only.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. However, Lorenzo Fit® members do not need original receipt if transaction number is on file.

Returns of custom orders may be subject to separate terms or as indicated at order placement.

Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to Store Management’s sole discretion.

Return Process: Generally customers are responsible for shipping the merchandise at THEIR OWN COST via a shipping carrier of their choice. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That may not be our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Items returned must be in their unused condition along with their original packaging / instructions/materials. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Should you decide to return the items, please submit a ticket in your account or contact us at: [CS@LorenzoMenswear dot online] indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned in the package box and drop off your package at the local post office.

Send us the return tracking number. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:
Once order is shipped, customers may not cancel their order, however returns may be initiated.

REFUND POLICY:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will ACCEPT RETURNS AND/OR ISSUE REFUND ONLY IF the returned merchandise has not been worn, washed, damaged, tempered or altered in any way and is returned in the original packing along with instructions/all materials. All refunds require customer name, address, and phone number. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt & the packing slip/instructions/materials. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro-rata amount of any Lorenzo Fit® rewards certificates or other savings promotions used to purchase the returned/exchanged merchandise. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, per credit card/ industry standards.

Refunds over $50 for non-credit or debit card purchases which could not be refunded to the original card will be paid to you with a check issued from our corporate offices.

A check may be issued in case of unavailability of register/POS funds under $50.00

All checks will be issued up to 21 business days (up to 26 business days: 5 business days to extract the check and up to 21 business days for shipping.

Credit Card returns will be issued within 5-7 business days, per credit card industry standards.

PayPal returns will be issued in 7-10 business days.
